- One purchase of the voucher per customer. If you are planning on joining the event with a friend, please ensure they purchase their voucher separately.
- Ticket cancellations one week before the event will be subject to refund by a Hair by Sam McKnight product voucher of the same price, redeemable exclusively at sammcknight.com. Please get in touch with customer services at info@sammcknight.com for more information.
- Cancellations made within one week of the week are not refundable nor subject to a redeemable voucher.
- In the event of the Masterclass being cancelled, ticket holders will be issued a full refund.
