SHIPPING
Please note that all our orders are packed and shipped promptly, therefore in most cases, we are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed. Please contact support at info@sammcknight.com to make an enquiry and we will do our best to provide assistance.
FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS; ORDER BY 4PM FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY FROM £2.50
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are shipped and delivered by Royal Mail or DPD on business days Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. We endeavour to deliver UK orders within 3 working days.
For purchases made before 4pm, UK Next Day Delivery for the following business day is available for £2.50. Restrictions apply.*
Orders with multiple products are packaged and shipped together. If one or more of your items is only available to 'pre-order', please consider making separate purchases to receive the available products as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden. Email info@sammcknight.com if you are in Europe and want to check if we deliver to you.
We can only deliver non-aerosol products (everything excluding Cool Girl, Lazy Girl, Modern Hairspray, Easy Up Do) to the US and Canada
Orders are shipping express UPS to the US and Canada, and DPD to Europe. Shipping charge from £5. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes.
All deliveries require a signature. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to a secure post box, therefore some deliveries to apartment buildings and shared accommodation will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund. We will attempt to contact you to arrange for a new order to be placed.
